WHITE PEPPER FROM MUNTOC

Original pepper from the coast of Muntok, Sumatra, Indonesia selected by the SUR LES QUAIS team. This Muntok pepper is grown in the forests of Indonesia, it is harvested on an island located east of Sumatra, in Bangka, in the Java Sea. Each grain is harvested by hand. This white pepper from Muntok expresses notes of burnt herbs with strong menthol and camphor notes. On the palate it is a moderately spicy pepper, reminiscent of leather aromas. In the kitchen, it is a sweet and fragrant pepper that delicately accompanies poultry, foie gras or veal. Origin: Indonesia
