SARAWAK WHITE PEPPER

Pepper from Sarawak, Borneo in Malaysia selected by the SUR LES QUAIS team. Sarawak white pepper is a great classic of the pepper family (Piper Nigrum variety). Dominated by wild aromas of musk and grilled meat, the nose quickly develops into notes of cedar bark and sandalwood. On the palate, this pepper offers a powerful attack as well as long woody notes. In the kitchen, it goes very well with boiled eggs, fish such as red mullet or sea bream or foie gras. Origin: Borneo
