Dried Dark Chocolate Mangoes

When I first started this business, ingredients were sourced from people and places I both knew and trusted; this meant I could guarantee only the best quality. One such place is Will's Notenbar, who attends our local street market every Thursday. Four years later and they are still supplying me with most of my raw nut-based ingredients, but we have also developed a great relationship. And through that, they suggested I also start selling dark chocolate dipped dried sweet mangoes (yes, that's quite a mouthful, I know). They supply the mango, I dip it in the chocolate, and our respected customers are all very happy! Note: Bags are 200g.
