 Our Small Batch Cherry BBQ Sauce is a favorite! It all begins with a ferment featuring sour cherries, madam jeanette pepper, chipotle, ginger, 100% date syrup, and some more flavor bombs.

 Once the ferment has completed its roaring work, we add black garlic, soy, and tamarind, resulting in a full-bodied BBQ sauce.

 The sweet, smoky flavor harmonizes with the sour cherry and fruity notes of the madam jeanette pepper.

 It's a taste you'll want to generously pour on!!
