We have also developed a range of pastry pralines, made from carefully sourced dried fruits. Versatile and intense in taste, they can be eaten with a spoon, spread on toast, or enhance cakes, biscuits, ice creams and yogurts.
Designed with an ethical approach in mind, the range is packaged in plastic-free glass jars. 🌱
Tama is a charitable brand that donates to medical associations every year. The concept was created by Marianne Heilès, a pastry chef trained at the École Ducasse and a former pastry trainer, who develops each recipe with rigor and passion. 🤍
