Pure indulgence. It is all our French pastry that is found in Baratte. We use Echiré butter, AOC Charente-Poitou, which we cook hazelnut style then degrease. No coloring or flavorings added, just very good butter, alcohol and cane sugar. A lot of time has been devoted to the design and mastery of this product, but today we are the happy parents of the Butter liqueur!
