The history of our family in the world of coffee begins in the early 1900s. Since then we have experienced countless moments of tasting, in selecting the best varieties of coffee, in roasting them according to the Sicilian tradition to obtain aromatic and full-bodied blends.
The Taormina Caffè brand represents the quintessence of our evolution, encompassing all our experience. Our espresso is full-bodied, aromatic and with a compact and consistent crema and is made up of six different individually roasted coffee origins.
The roasting is medium, in order to enhance the aromatic notes of the Arabica varieties and the body of the Robusta. The resulting cup is a harmonious combination of colours, aromas, tastes and sensations on the palate.
The cream, the distinctive element of every espresso, here has an intense hazelnut colour. It is pleasantly compact and gives sensations of great softness.
The perfume has various nuances that are appreciated before tasting, anticipating the aroma and flavor of the drink. The caramel notes blend with more intense tobacco and chocolate fragrances. These characteristics invite you to taste it without adding sugar or sweeteners.
