Our family's history in the world of coffee begins in the early 1900s. Since then, we have enjoyed countless tasting experiences, selecting the best coffee varieties and roasting them according to Sicilian tradition to obtain aromatic and full-bodied blends.
The Taormina Caffè brand represents the quintessence of our evolution, encapsulating all our experience. Our espresso is full-bodied, aromatic, and has a dense, consistent crema. It is made from six different, individually roasted coffee origins.
The roasting is medium, so as to enhance the aromatic notes of the Arabica varieties and the body of the Robusta. The resulting cup is a harmonious combination of colors, aromas, tastes and sensations on the palate.
The crema, the distinctive element of every espresso, here presents itself with an intense hazelnut color. ANDpleasantly compact and gives a sensation of great softness.
The aroma has different nuances that can be appreciated before tasting, anticipating the aroma and flavor of the drink. Caramel notes blend with more intense tobacco and chocolate fragrances. These characteristics invite you to taste it without added sugar or sweeteners.
