Gourmet Spice Co was created by Mark Hughes in May 2011. After more than 20 years in a corporate life, Mark decided to put his passion for food into action. After many months of work, he made a range of products & took them to a local food festival. To his delight, he sold out and hasn’t looked back since.
Since then, the Gourmet Spice Co range has grown to over 220 products, including gourmet spice blends, infused balsamic vinegars, flavoured oils, flavoured salts and the full range of spices, herbs and superfoods. Winning multiple awards including many coveted Great Taste Awards has drawn more attention the brand, resulting in retailer listings in many countries which has a loyal following of customers to the brand.
