Falafel Spice: beautiful blend of spices with citrusy-coriander, cumin, parsley nutmeg, this is the simplest way to create home made falafel hummus. Blitz a can of drained chickpeas in a food processor with 3 tsp of the blend   1 Tbsp flour until smooth. Shape into patties fry until golden.
