Chilli Powder

Our rich, fine Chilli Powder is a store cupboard essential used in many different styles of cooking from Asian, chillies, stir fries more. Ours is 'medium' hot as we prefer flavour over pure heat. Add 1 tsp to a chilli or curry for a nice kick, or even add a pinch to hot chocolate to get the tastebuds goings! A very light dusting on roast veg or wedges is a favourite of ours too to add warmth without getting any real heat.
