Coriander Seeds

Our fragrant Coriander Seeds have a mild, slightly-sweet, citrusy flavour when crushed are essential to Asian Middle Eastern cooking. Coriander is one of our absolute favourite spices, widely used in soups, curries, tagines, with meat dishes as well as root veg like sweet potatoes. Add to rice dishes or cous <i>cous</i> too for depth. We love to grind a few and bash them into a flattened chicken breast, along with some Sweet Paprika, before grilling or frying. Try adding a few to a pepper grinder for a lemony kick when you're grinding your black pepper.
