Fennel Seeds

Aromatic Fennel Seeds have an aniseed flavour that pairs so well with oily fish like salmon or mackerel, pork roast vegetables. In many parts of the World, particularly India, roasted fennel seeds are eaten as an after-meal digestive  breath freshener.
