Fire Roasted Cumin

Our rich Fire Roasted Cumin is really special. We take whole cumin seeds  slowly roast them over a real flame until they are just right, then we grind to a fine powder ready for you to add a pinch to anything you're cooking. This will produce a lovely, rich, smoky earthiness that is more pungent than regular ground cumin. Presented in a resealable pot to retain freshness.
