Garlic Granules

These rich, pungent fine Garlic Granules have a sand-like texture are supplied in a resealable pot to retain freshness. Around 1/4 of a teaspoon is the equivalent of 1 garlic clove. Sprinkle into sauces, over pasta, meats more. This is essential to many rubs dry spice mixes, especially great for BBQ food. Try adding a sprinkle over some buttered ciabatta to make a quick easy garlic bread. We've not always got fresh garlic in our pantry, but with a pinch of these, we don't need it.
