Lamb's a tricky one: you want to compliment the flavour but it's so easy to overtake the flavour of the meat itself. That's why we created the perfect partner in our Lamb Rub.  Our rich, mild, sweet paprika is supported with the herby undertones of garlic, rosemary, thyme just a touch of mint; the citrusy edge helps it cut through the fattiness of lamb keeps it light fresh, perfect for marinating a shoulder or leg for a slow roasting. It's also 'free' on all the slimming plans we know of!
