Paprika Spanish

Paprika is the air-dried fruits of chilli peppers an ingredient in a broad variety of World cuisines. It is principally used to season and colour stews  soups, goulash, chillies in sausage making. The flavour is stronger by heating it gently in oil. It can be added to most savoury dishes including meat (especially pork), chicken, casseroles, soups, veg  marinades. Add to seasoned flour to give colour taste when coating chicken or fish or stir into rice dishes. A pinch on potato salads or mackerel pate adds depth.
