Pork Rub (Mild)

Our beautiful Pork Rub is rich, fresh complicated, just like us. Except for the rich. Still, it's a fantastic way to boost the flavour of any white meat dish, whether it's cooked slow or fast. We use it for pulled pork as well as traditional roast pork or chicken. The blend of smoked sweet paprika is complimented by a subtle fennel caraway flavour, balanced with lots of garlicky, herby aromatics. The mustard powder gives it a warmth without any real heat, so this is suitable for all. Feel free to experiment with other meats or even throw a pinch on roast potatoes! With no fillers or anything artificial, our unique blend of herbs and spice create the purest, freshest flavour possible to give your food attitude. It's also 'free' on all the slimming plans we know of!
