Shawarma mix

Level up your Shawarma game with this zero sugar blend. Our Shawarma mix is great with chicken, lamb, mince, plant-based 'meats' veggies. Its sweet aroma works well sprinkled over roasted meat, veg or hummus.  Add 2 tsp per 250g of mince for a beautiful flavour without overpowering. Squeeze them around a <a href="https://tastespice.tempurl.host/product/20-stainless-steel-metal-skewers/">skewer</a> into kofta shapes or patties BBQ or grill. Keep turning them; they'll take around 10-12 minutes on a BBQ. Serve with salad, flatbreads dips.  For diced chicken breast or lamb, we normally marinade the meat skewer it with peppers mushrooms before cooking the same way.  Mix 1 tsp to yoghurt or soured cream for a gorgeous dip or add to melted butter or olive oil brush on when cooking too.
