Spinach Powder

Spinach is one of the most nutrient-dense vegetables around, packed with vitamins minerals. It contains high amounts of carotenoids (good for eye health), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K1*, folic acid, Iron  Calcium. It is also rich in Zinc Selenium which is particularly important for men's health. Our Spinach Powder is derived from fresh spinach, dried at low temperatures to preserve the nutritional content then ground into a fine powder. It is high in fibre at almost 40g per 100g. Spinach is low in carbs but high in insoluble fibre, helping with digestion. It has high amounts of antioxidants that may suppress the growth of human cancer cells high levels of nitrates, which may help regulate blood pressure levels. This should lead to improved heart health and a reduced risk of heart disease. *Spinach does contain high levels of Vitamin K1: people taking blood-thinning drugs, such as warfarin, should regulate the amount of Vitamin K1 they consume. Add to soups to dramatically boost the greens' content or mix with water for a nutritious drink. For a great smoothie, add 2 tsp (8g) of Spinach Powder to a blender with a banana 200ml almond milk (or your favourite alternative) blend well.
