Thai Rub (mild)

Our gorgeous Thai Rub is the easiest way to infuse your food with some serious attitude! Lots of lemongrass  coconut with basil  the freshness of lime mint gives this a wonderfully zingy, fresh balance of sour, sweet, salty hot. Don't worry, it's got background warmth so it's not too hot. It makes a perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 teaspoons with a splash of oil rub on chicken or prawns, or throw a pinch on anything as you cook. Roasted veg, soups, seafood, curries or stir-fries will get a huge flavour boost with zero effort. A splash of coconut milk brings everything together for a beautiful aromatic Thai curry.
