Winter Salt

Our incredible Winter Salt is like no other salt you've tasted! Hand-harvested, pure natural British sea salt with a stunning blend of seasonal spice make this versatile salt an absolute must for the winter months. Contains orange zest, star anise, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, pure cacao, vanilla, black peppercorns and nutmeg. Use on any meat, fish or vegetable dishes to give a really huge depth of flavour. Rub a pinch on the turkey, or roast potatoes, or even a ham or leftovers. Rather than a cheap, imported rock salt, we use lovely crisp, pure flakes for the best flavour; just crumble a pinch between your fingers. As well as a better texture, you'll get a pure, saltier taste so you'll use a lot less too.
