Tie Guan Yin - Loose Oolong Tea

Iron Goddess of Mercy Tie Guan Yin also known as 'Tie Kuan Yin' translates into 'Iron Goddess of Mercy'. It is the most famous of all Chinese Oolongs. This superior grade tea comes from the Fujian province in China. Jade green in colour, the leaves are hand rolled into uneven balls which unfurl into beautiful whole leaves when steeped. The amber liquor produces an enchanting orchid like aroma and leaves a sweet after taste.
