Lin's Ceramics Studio Ru Peonia porcelain bowl is a 280ml capacity cup for oriental style tea tasting.   The history of Ru porcelain Of the five famous kilns of the Song dynasty, the Yu kiln in Qing Lian Si village in Henan province is the most renowned. 

The tableware was an extraordinary creation produced for the Chinese Imperial Palace. 

Very different from earlier Ding period porcelain, Ru porcelain pieces are characterized by a beautiful pale bluish-green color and a depth of glaze that is almost rosy. 

Less than 70 pieces are now in the hands of a few museums, foundations and private collectors. 

With elegant shapes and a translucent finish, these pieces are considered the official furnaces.
