By collecting honey from Sulla, Thistle, Dill and Yarrow flowers, bees create pure honey, free from mixing, preserving all its organoleptic and beneficial properties intact. Main characteristics Color: As a liquid, honey has a fascinating medium dark color that evolves into a lighter amber during crystallization. Smell: Intense and aromatic, with notes that recall the rich Sicilian flora. Taste: Sweet and refined, with a fine grain.
