Organic Oolong Gui Fei Tea - 25 g

Gui Fei oolong is a particular oolong from Taiwan that falls into the category of "insect bitten" tea. 

As for Bai Hao or oriental beauty, in this case too the leaves are slightly eroded by some insects in order to make the plant produce aromatic terpenes that are very pleasant to our sense of smell and taste. 

The main difference between these two oolongs lies in the fact that the Gui Fei does not aim to see enhanced only its sweetness but also other vegetal aspects. 

To make the most of the different flavors that these leaves can give, during harvesting, leaves that are robust enough and rich in natural oils are already chosen which, once rolled up on themselves, will retain all their fragrance until the moment of infusion. 

Coming to the flavors in this tea, as mentioned before, you will feel very clearly a sweetness of honey enriched with an acidity similar to that of grapes, but the experience does not end there.
