Golden Tips Yunnan Organic Red (Black) Tea - 50 g

Golden Tips Organic Red Tea comes from Yunnan and its main characteristic is that it is composed of relatively small leaves. 

This factor, obtained thanks to an early harvest, allows you to have a product from which you can extract the flavors more quickly during the infusion and therefore have an intense taste in less time. 

Furthermore, the smaller leaves tend to develop fewer tannic-tasting components during the total oxidation process expected for red teas. 

Given these premises, we can understand why the golden tips infusion immediately presents itself with a fairly intense taste in this case mainly characterized by a sweetness reminiscent of cocoa. 

However, if you taste the product more carefully, you can still have subtle oxidized vegetable traits and a second type of sweetness that is slightly more sour and attributable to small red fruit such as raspberry. Place of origin: Yunnan, China
