Daisi Red (black) Tea, which in Georgian means "sunset", owes its name to the incredible view of the mountains that turn red as the sun goes down. It is harvested by hand only during the full moon, when the earth is very moist and rich in nutrients, favoring plant growth. It has notes of cocoa and honey, with a surprising hint of lemon and a spicy accent. The body is round and enveloping on the palate, with very low acidity and a sweet and drinkable taste.
