The leaves of the Organic Sencha Kaori Green Tea come from Kirishima, Kagoshima and are machine-picked in early spring. Coming from the Asanoka cultivar, the leaves were shaded for 9 days, a technique used to intensify the umami and reduce astringency, obtaining a delicate and persuasive umami aroma, slightly sweet and sour that plays on our palate.Place of origin Kirishima, Kagoshima, Japan
