Enshi Yulu green tea has an interesting oxidation blocking technique, namely by cooking with steam. The dried leaves, rich in buds, have a dark green color and are shaped like a pine needle. It is a tea with a rounded umami taste, which flourishes in the cup and surprises the taste buds: it is therefore perfect to combine with savory foods such as grilled fish and steamed vegetables. This tea was harvested in Enshi, Hubei, specifically Baiyang county.
