Green Tea Fragrant Jade GABA - 25 g

After harvesting, the leaves of the GABA Fragrant Jade Green Tea are placed in vacuum chambers enriched with nitrogen, thus starting the process which will significantly increase the aminobutyric acid content. 

After several hours, the leaves are subjected to oxidation block by heat and finally dried. 

The result is a beautifully rolled leaf tea with different shades from green to brown and golden green liquor. 

The aroma is exotic, in a mix of sweetness and fruity crunchiness reminiscent of apple. 

In this case the product has had enough time to reach a high concentration of GABA but, at the same time, maintain a totally green leaf. 

Thanks to the attention of the producer, the level of oxidation has remained so low (about 10%) that this tea can be considered more similar to a green tea than an oolong, the tea that is usually processed to obtain GABA.
