Ceremonial grade Fukuoka Yame Organic Matcha Green Tea has a sweet, vegetal scent, which is released thanks to the growth process in the shade of the tea leaves, also giving that grassy taste of green tea, pleasant to sip. 

Place of origin Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. 

Production Fukuoka Yame Matcha green tea is harvested only twice a year (spring and autumn). 

Pulverized by the Mikage Stone mill, the powder is about 10 microns large for usucha (thin matcha).
