Snow Bud green tea from China 50g

Snow Bud is a green tea made from only buds harvested and processed in the Yunnan region of China. 

The choice of treating only the leaves of the plant at the apex of each branch is made to try to enhance the high concentration of flavors found in these younger and more tender parts. 

Always for the same reason it was preferred to work the leaves in a simple way with a treatment similar to that for producing green teas. 

In this way, the freshness and youthful aspects of these leaves can also be preserved well. 

The way it looks, however, Snow Bud, despite being a green tea, could also be very reminiscent of a white tea and there is actually a link between these two categories in it. 

The moment in which this conjunction can be seen most is the tasting during which you will be able to taste flavors very similar to the world of white teas.
