Like all pots from the LUGANO series, it has a measuring scale directly inside the pan, allowing you to determine liquid quantities directly - without the need for a measuring cup. The capsule base has an aluminum core and consists of three layers: Thin capsule base (thin layers of stainless steel) Stronger aluminum core. The core ensures even heat transfer to the food thanks to its good thermal conductivity Thin cookware base (upper capsule layer) made of stainless steel The two thin layers of stainless steel envelop the core, which has good thermal conductivity, prevent it from corroding and the warping of the pot base All components are dishwasher safe.
