Tempera, launched in 2023 by three-star chef Mauro Colagreco and Arielle Bove, is a brand of non-alcoholic gourmet drinks.
It is the culinary genius of the leader in circular gastronomy that is at the origin of our recipes: our range includes 6 alcohol-free blends made in France, designed to be enjoyed alone or in combination with dishes.
Each blend is composed of fruits, flowers, spices and plants that offer a unique aromatic profile, as complex and rich as that of a wine, but with surprising and completely different flavors.
Very little sugar, our recipes vary depending on the reference between 4 kcal and 28 kcal per glass, compared to 75 to 100 kcal on average for a glass of wine.
