CALDA | Non-alcoholic gourmet drink | Saffron white

Non-alcoholic gourmet drink in the spirit of a saffron white, 75cl: saffron, vanilla & burnt caramel. Non-alcoholic gastronomic drink with gourmet and comforting notes, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dishes. Perfect pairing: blue cheeses, winter vegetables (parsnips, carrots, pumpkin), saffron risotto, apricot tart. Box of 6 bottles. Serve as fresh. Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator. Native to Latin America, tagetes is a rare aromatic plant whose flowers and leaves are edible. There are dozens of varieties, each with its own aromatic profile: for our Calda recipe, we use the lemmonii variety, whose leaves develop intense and surprising flavors of citrus and candied fruit. This very rich aromatic flavour enhances the deliciousness of our saffron white… without adding sugar! Our tagetes are grown and dried in a French workshop specializing in indoor farming. This allows our plants to achieve a very high aromatic intensity, while using a minimum of resources, particularly water and nutrients.
