ETERNA II | Non-alcoholic gourmet drink | Floral sparkling

Sparkling non-alcoholic gourmet drink, 75cl: yerba maté, verbena & elderflower. Non-alcoholic gastronomic sparkling wine with floral and herbaceous notes, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dishes. Perfect pairing: artichoke tapenade, cold meats, young comté, pavlova or red fruit tart. Box of 6 bottles. Serve as fresh. Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator. It is the native Argentina of chef Mauro Colagreco who expresses himself with this typical ingredient to the point of having acquired the status of national drink! Consumed as an infusion in a gourd topped with a straw, mate is a plant with tannins, like tea. Its aromatic profile, both vegetal and floral, develops a very delicate and fine bitterness over time. In Eterna II, it is a beautiful green mate which expresses its flowers on the nose and its structure in the mid-palate.
