Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator. Passionate about tea since her early childhood, Arielle Bove specializes in the great vintages of Indian terroirs, including Assam. This region of plains irrigated by the Brahmaputra River is famous for its oxidized black teas with intense flavors of malt and spices, traditionally enjoyed for breakfast in the Anglo-Saxon world. The Assam black tea used in Pyra gives it a velvety tannicity reminiscent of noble grains and wood. In Pyra, a rare oak honey also deploys its round and woody notes, bringing even more depth to this recipe. Far from being an ingredient that is always identical to itself, honey has this incredible capacity to transcribe the aromas of the flowers, plants and trees that are at its origin! We explored these different flavors and chose a specific aromatic profile for each of our recipes to create the perfect balance with our other ingredients.
