Non-alcoholic gourmet drink in the spirit of a light red, 75cl: cranberry, beetroot & pepper. Non-alcoholic gastronomic drink with tangy and spicy notes, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dishes. Perfect pairing: pink veal, filet mignon, porcini risotto, chocolate desserts. Box of 6 bottles. Serve at 14-15°C. Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator. Le Poivre des dames is a blend of exceptional peppers and rose petals, produced by a French spice house labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant. We chose this ingredient specifically to constitute the finale of our Tierra blend: Sarawak black pepper, Kerala green pepper and Sichuan pepper combine their aromas to create a soft and warm length.
