100% Malvasia Bianca di Candia and wildflower honey. ESSENTIA is born at the precise moment in which honey is added to the fermenting must. From that moment on, the yeasts, protagonists of alcoholic fermentation, are found to eat the sugars present in the must and in the honey without distinction. Thus all the scents of the Malvasia wine change and are enriched by the extraordinary variety of aromas and fragrances of the wildflower honey, also collected in the Estate. Garnet red color that takes on orange tones over the years. Elegant wine, launched in an ethereal ripeness where cherries, cardamom, rhubarb, musk, pepper, plum and black cherries have merged with a very soft tannin, lightened by puffs of coffee and cocoa.
