100% Malvasia Bianca di Candia. A historic vine of the Macerata lands such as Malvasia, native and cultivated here even before Verdicchio, and a name that recalls the threshing of the past, straw and labor in the fields. This is IL COVONE strongly rooted in the origins of the Lebboroni family, as is the vineyard from which it is produced, 70 years of age where all the processes are carried out strictly by hand. Pure Malvasia, a fresh wine is obtained, with a delicate, mineral aroma and good flavor. Lively straw yellow with floral aromas of acacia, elderberry, chamomile, yellow rose, fruity notes of apple, peach and yellow plum. Dry and fresh, full-bodied and balanced, slightly aromatic with a pleasant mineral note. It is excellent as an aperitif, with fish-based dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
