MONTE PRIMO, dry red wine, for appassimento, IGT Marche Rosso 2020

85% Sangiovese 15% Merlot. "Monte Primo" is the name of the last of the mountains in the chain which, starting from Monte Igno, separates the Camerino area from the Montelago plateau. It is the absolute protagonist of the panorama that can be enjoyed from our vineyards. The power and energy of Sangiovese blend with the elegance of Merlot. Fermentation and aging take place in steel and oak barriques. After at least 9 months of refinement, the blending is carried out by adding the wine obtained from bunches of Sangiovese left to dry for at least 3 months.
