100% Malvasia Bianca di Candia Produced only in the best vintages from grapes of an ancient vineyard (over 70 years old). Three harvests are necessary to obtain this wine: the first harvest, the second where only perfectly intact bunches are selected, the third after the long 5-month drying. The must obtained from the pressing of the dried grapes is a concentrate of extraordinary aromas. The vinification takes place in small French oak barrels (Tronçai forest) and the aging in wood lasts 12 months and then continues for another 6 months in steel. Bright gold color with amber reflections, citrus scents of mandarin, candied fruit, chamomile, honey and dehydrated apricots. Delicate ethereal notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, soft and warm, perfectly balanced by the fresh-savory note that maintains its vivacity. The finish is elegant and pleasantly long.
