Certified and analyzed product - Our products are analyzed before being certified organic. The organic certification can be downloaded from the website. For oil, we have more detailed analyses available, which concern the quantity of peroxides and polyphenols. We can send you these additional analyses upon request. Product with social value - We employ local labor for field operations; Terradiva is located in an inland area of Puglia that has been struggling with depopulation for decades. More trees, less CO2 - For years, we've been converting arable land by planting new trees. Since 2012, we've planted approximately 9,000 olive and almond trees. Trees help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere, a reduction that is beneficial because the accumulation of CO2 increases the greenhouse effect and warming of the Earth's climate. Furthermore, trees contribute to the prevention of hydrogeological instability by providing more structure to the soil with their roots.
