This rapeseed oil is produced by Jaques, an organic farmer since 1997 in Occitanie. Jacques uses and selects his own peasant seeds. Sown at the end of summer, they are harvested in June the following year. The oil is then extracted in its mill: it is all its know-how that you are going to taste! We work hand in hand with Jacques to offer you quality oil, in a strong environmental approach. These cold-pressed rapeseed seeds produce an oil rich in Omega 3, 6 and vitamin E.
