BIB 10l Balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil France organic*

This olive oil is produced by Edith and Henri, organic farmers for over 30 years in Mouriès. Edith and Henri are olive growers and millers. They take care of their orchard all year round. The olive harvest takes place manually from the end of October to the end of December. Henri is responsible for cold extracting the olive oil, preserving the character and freshness of the olives. This olive oil comes from the varieties of olives typical of the Baux-de-Provence valley: Salonenque, Verdale, Grossane Berruguette. The fruitiness obtained is balanced between greenness and maturity. The freshness of the olives reveals a slight ardor on the finish.
