BIB 10l Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spain Balance organic*

This olive oil is produced in Spain, from typical locally grown olive varieties: Arbequina and Picual. Spain is the world reference in olive oil. Its geographical location gives it a favorable environment for olive growing, thanks to its Mediterranean climate. Its landscapes are emblematic, especially in the south of the country, where olive groves have been cultivated for many generations. The olives were harvested in mid-season, in order to obtain a balanced oil, with a slight bitterness and ardor on the finish.
