Our traditional olive oils invite you to discover the particular flavors of our valley. It approaches olive oil in its two main aspects: green fruitiness and ripe fruitiness. Sweet is our ripe fruitiness. It is produced at the end of the season, with a predominance of black olives, giving sweet and ripe aromas. It is composed exclusively of varieties from the Douro Valley: Cobrançosa, Mardural, Verdeal, Cordovil.
