
Our family olive groves are located in the northeast of Portugal, in the Douro Valley. This olive oil comes from our exceptional harvests. It is produced from the 4 emblematic varieties of the region: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal, Cordovil. Harvested at the start of the season, the olives produce a powerful, vegetable oil. It reveals a pronounced freshness thanks to very herbaceous flavors, with notes of raw artichoke, testifying to the freshness of the green olives. Use it as a seasoning after cooking or in salads.
