Handmade Cavatellucci - Typical Apulian pasta

Cavatellucci are a short pasta format typical of the Apulian tradition. They have the same pod shape as the Capunti (or Cavatelli), but in the smaller version. Simple and delicate, they are perfect with fish-based sauces. Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by craftsmanship and slow drying. Thanks to this process, we obtain a superior quality product that reproduces the excellent characteristics of fresh pasta: it does not overcook and retains sauces and condiments. The secret is the use of a few simple ingredients, rigorously from Puglia and Italy and a rustic and authentic taste, from the dough to the packaging.
