Olive Leaves with Spinach - Typical Apulian pasta

Olive leaves are a typical pasta shape of the Apulian tradition: with an elongated and particular shape, they recall the olive leaf, symbol of Puglia. Terre dei Trulli offers them in a version flavored with spinach, which gives the pasta its green colour. They contain no dyes or preservatives, but only 100% natural ingredients. Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by craftsmanship and slow drying. Thanks to this process, we obtain a superior quality product that reproduces the excellent characteristics of fresh pasta: it does not overcook and retains sauces and condiments.
